Reflection: Looking back across two and half years of learning has been more difficult than I imagined. I wanted to come out of the program with my orderly checklist of traits I needed to adopt to be a great leader. I come away as a more reflective individual. There has been so much learning and so much introspection. I realize to be a great leader, I don’t need a checklist or a diploma, I need me. All leaders need to understand themselves before they can effectively lead. I walk away a more authentic, vulnerable, but transformed individual.
